Thanks for supporting handmade, colourful, perfectly imperfect pottery! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets from my hands to your home.
📦 Processing Time
All pieces are carefully packed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
For custom or made-to-order items, processing may take a little longer (I’ll always let you know!).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.
🚚 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, package size, and weight.
From time to time, I may offer:
Flat-rate shipping
Free shipping promotions (because who doesn’t love that?)
⏱ Delivery Estimates
After your order ships:
Canada: 2–7 business days
USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
🫧 Packaging (a.k.a. Bubble Wrap City)
Pottery is fragile, so I pack everything with lots of care (and lots of padding).
If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours of delivery with:

A photo of the item
A photo of the packaging

📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is with the carrier, delays are unfortunately out of my control. If something goes missing, reach out and I’ll do my best to help track it down.
🌍 International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
🏠 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Every piece at Andrea’s Imperfect Pottery is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and proudly imperfect. Because of this, I have a few simple policies to keep things fair for everyone.
🏺 Handmade = One of a Kind
Small variations in shape, size, colour, and texture are part of the charm and are not considered defects. These natural imperfections are what make each piece special.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Size/colour preference
Minor variations from photos
Please read item descriptions carefully before purchasing.
💔 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, I’ve got you covered.
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
I will offer either:
A replacement (if available), or
A full refund
❌ Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not already shipped.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
💳 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on my end.

❌ Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, as long as it has not already shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
🔁 Returns
