CANCELLATION OR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
** Due to our items being made to order, all sales are final, with no returns/exchanges.
** If the item you received is the wrong design, colour, size, received broken or anything of that nature PLEASE send us a picture of the item you received and we will do what we can to help fix the situation.
** Customizable & Regular items are only able to be cancelled if production on the item has not been started. ie. the design has been completed and printed. If this is the case you will be charged a cancellation fee of $5.00
Digital Products
Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items. However please contact us if you are having any issues with the file from your purchase.
