All items are handmade and typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are sent via Canada Post with tracking information provided when available. Currently, we ship within Canada only. If you need a rush order, feel free to message us before purchasing.
Refund Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
