All Zen & Hearth orders are carefully packaged and shipped from Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping timelines may vary depending on destination and carrier. Tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.
Refund Policy
Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened items. If an issue arises with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
