Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct, including your apartment or unit number, if applicable.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personal care products (e.g., lip gloss, lotions, scrubs, or any skin-contact items).
Custom or personalized orders.
Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation Window
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 2 hours, your order is processed and can no longer be canceled.
