Please note that shipments may experience delays based on these changes. VAT, Import or Customs fees may be levied by "your country" and they are the responsibility of the customer to pay upfront based on the mail carriers fees.

Refund Policy
Buyers can return the item only after contacting Claudia's Crochet Creations.
Buyers must contact Claudia's Crochet and confirm the return within 7 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. *
Buyers are responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with Claudia's Crochet) if an item isn't returned in its original condition. *
All custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once work has started on a custom item, and deposit has been made, cancellation is not possible.
