We sincerely hope that you are happy with your purchase, and we're here to help you if for some reason, you're not. Did you receive it as a gift, and the design isn't something that clicks? NEW cozies with the tags still on, unused, may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help. Did you purchase or receive one that has quality issues? We check them over very carefully but if you find something we missed, we're only too happy to exchange it for another of the same design, or IF we are out of that one, for another one of your choosing. Send it back to us at: Cool Hand Nukes P.O. Box 22, ENFIELD STN MAIN, Enfield, NS B2T 1A0 ( If you received your cozy in the mail, the mailer it arrived in has a 2nd-use adhesive strip, so you can send it right back in the same mailer :) ) If you're local to the Halifax area, we would be glad to do our best to meet you in person. Thank you for supporting local small business!
