- We process our orders from Monday to Friday(excluding Canadian statutory holidays).
- Please remember these items are handmade, we are not Amazon. We do not offer Amazon Prime.
- You will be the first to know(after us of course) if a problem arises with your order.
- If the listing or variant does not specify ready to ship, we will email you with an approximate shipping date(don't worry this is our passion and full time employment so we are pretty quick).
