Shipping Policy
I require 2 business days from the date of purchase to process and ship orders. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday excluding Holidays.
I ship via Frieght.com for all orders at buyers expense - they usually take 4-7 days to arrive.
Buyers outside Canada are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. I am not responsible for any delays on delivery due to customs.
Refund Policy
Refunds : I will refund (within 30 days of purchase) the total price of the item upon receipt of notification from you.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations : must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
Returns : Â I must be notified before any item is returned.
Product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
If damaged please send photos - including the packaging etc so to determine if    it is worth sending back. Cost of shipping product back is the responsibility of the buyer.
