Due to the custom, handmade nature of my products, they cannot be returned or refunded.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Because each item is custom-made by hand, returns and refunds are not possible. Once your design is confirmed—or after the 3-day confirmation period—orders cannot be canceled. If you choose to cancel during the design confirmation period, design fees may apply.
