If local to the Edmonton area and want to pick up please contact me to arrange for pick up.
Refund Policy
Cancellations not accepted if item purchased has been shipped.
Email me first with concerns before returning an item. Will accept refunds if item is returned in original unused condition within 14 days. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check item carefully upon receiving. I check all items carefully before shipping. In case item has quality issues I am happy to exchange it for the same pattern item and if same item is not available will exchange it for the same item but a different pattern.
Any item custom made is non returnable.
