Standard Delivery Times
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them.
- Delivery times may vary based on location:
- Local (Calgary): Orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days once shipped.
- Within Alberta: Orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
- Across Canada: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, shipping may take longer.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination of the order.
- Local Calgary customers may opt for local pickup at no additional charge. You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within Canada, but we are working on expanding our shipping to international locations. Stay tuned for updates!
Refund Policy
Refund and Return Policy
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the defective item.
Returns and Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges for candles, wax melts, or room sprays, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you have any concerns about your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued for items that are damaged or defective. Once we receive your claim and photos, we will process the refund within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Order Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop your order from being processed.
- If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order, but you can still return the product following our Refund Policy above.

- If you need to make changes to your order, such as adjusting the shipping address or product selection, please reach out to us at [email protected] within the 12-hour window to avoid any processing or shipping delays.
