Shipping Policy
All Everlab products are carefully made in small batches or produced on demand.
Processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping:
We currently ship within Canada. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier selected at checkout.
Please note:
Once an order has been shipped, Everlab is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been shipped, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and make it right.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because many of our items are custom-made or produced in limited runs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will gladly arrange a replacement or solution.
