We partner with trusted carriers for daily weekday pickups, ensuring your order is on its way as swiftly as possible. Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be shipped via Canada Post service the following business day.

Express Delivery (Canada Post Priority)

For speedy delivery, we utilize Canada Post Priority service, guaranteeing your package arrives within 2 business days. Please note that additional charges may apply for packages exceeding standard volume or weight limits.

Returns & Process 

We want you to adore your Freyja Boutique goodies! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns for:

• Defective Items: Within 30 days of delivery.
• Unused Items: In their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To maintain fairness and provide a streamlined shopping experience, we offer store credit for non-defective returns, rather than refunds. We do not accept exchanges.

Return Process:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
3. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we’ll confirm and process your store credit within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns on used bath and body products.
