Every piece in our collection is made-to-order with intention and care, which means we don’t rush the magic. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us:
Processing Time
All orders are handmade with love, just for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. During peak seasons or launches, this may extend slightly — but trust us, it’s worth the wait.
Need it by a specific date? Message us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to meet your timeline.
🌍 Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping: 2–5 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Local Pickup: Available in Greek Town Area. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you to arrange a convenient time. Bonus: no shipping fees, and we get to say a little “hello!”

Every order is wrapped with care — whether it's a gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself. Want to add a gift box and handwritten note? Let us know at checkout, and we’ll happily include one (at no extra charge).

Because most of our pieces are custom-made and personalized just for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on made-to-order items. Each piece is crafted with care to celebrate your memories, so please double-check all personalization details — names, dates, spellings, colors — before placing your order.
📦 Non-Custom Items
We do offer returns or exchanges on select non-custom items (like ready-to-ship pieces or accessories without personalization). These must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Pinky promise.

Changed your mind? We get it — life happens.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin working on your piece, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
