Refund Policy
Refund & Return Policy
At Pine & Pebble Studio, each piece is handcrafted from reclaimed wood, making every item unique. We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to love your purchase.
### Returns
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.
### Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
### Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear once processed.
### Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
### Natural Variations
Because we use reclaimed wood:
- Grain patterns, knots, and color will vary
- Small imperfections are part of the character and not considered defects
### Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or there was an error on our part.
