All items are handmade to order. Please allow standard processing time of 3–7 business days before your order ships. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Rachel Leigh Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.Â
Refund Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of the jewellery, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos so I can help make it right.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, work on your piece may have already begun.
