Shipping Policy
Flat Rate Shipping: $5.00 for up to 2 cards (Canada only).
Note: This option does not include tracking.
Tracking & Additional Shipping: If you’d like tracking, shipping will be charged at actual cost based on Canada Post rates.
Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Refund Policy
Refund Policy (money back):
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds may also be issued if an order is cancelled before shipment.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before the item has shipped.
Return:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Cards must be in the same condition as received.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange:
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
Important Note:
Due to the delicate and plantable nature of our cards, we may offer free replacements or other exceptions directly to the customer on a case-by-case basis.
