Ilias & Sons | Ottawa’s Olive Based Artisans
Proudly Canadian and based in Ottawa, Ilias & Sons has spent the last decade crafting premium olive based products that blend Mediterranean heritage with Canadian ingenuity. We import Organic Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil, hand picked olives, and authentic balsamics from trusted family producers in Greece, then infuse and finish many of our products locally in small batches.
Discover signature infused oils such as Black Garlic made with locally sourced garlic, Garlic Basil, Rosemary, Cayenne, and Lemon. Explore our specialty balsamics, including Black Garlic infused and Canadian Maple Syrup infused, for bold, versatile flavour in everyday cooking.
Sustainability guides everything we do. With a zero waste mindset, we upcycle our olive oil into gentle Castile soaps, nourishing hand and face cream, and soothing lip balm. Clean, simple formulas you can feel good about.
